Little Linkers (4-6 yrs)
The Burnaby Junior Golf program uses the game of golf to nurture personal growth, build sportsmanship and provide juniors with the skills necessary to enjoy the game of golf for a lifetime. Youngsters are introduced to the game in a fun and exploring environment. In Little Linkers, they learn how to make contact with a ball, handle equipment safely, identify different parts of the golf course, become familiar with golf "lingo" and generally find out how much fun the game can be. Junior Golf Camp - Level 1 (7-12 yrs)
This golf camp introduces children to the basic fundamentals of the game. The focus is on fun, yet children learn the proper way to hold a club, how to stand to make the best contact with the ball, chipping, putting, practice tips and safety. Junior Golf Camp - Level 2 (7-15 yrs)
Our 4 day golf camps are extremely popular with young golfers. The overall goal is to improve the young golfer's knowledge of the game and have a great time doing it! They have the chance to work on their swing technique in a professionally supervised setting. The drills and games are designed to encourage students to improve and to experience a great day on the golf course. On the final day, they head to Central Park Pitch & Putt to play nine holes. Parents are encouraged to accompany their child as a walker on day four: if interested, please advise us when you register.
