What Is the RBC PGA Scramble?


The RBC PGA Scramble is a nationwide golfing phenomenon that celebrates camaraderie, skill, and the love of the game. Here’s what you need to know:



  • Local Qualifiers: Over 12,000 amateur players participate in local qualifiers held at more than 170 courses across Canada. These qualifiers determine who advances to the next level.

  • Regional Finals: The top performers from local qualifiers move on to the regional finals. These events take place at some of Canada’s most prestigious golf courses. In 2024, the program aims to build upon its biggest year yet.

  • National Final: The pinnacle of the RBC PGA Scramble is the National Final. It’s a golf trip of a lifetime! Participants compete for the title at Cabot Cape Breton, a breathtaking course nestled along the rugged coastline of Nova Scotia. The 2024 National Championship will be held from October 5th to 9th.

  • Format: The tournament follows a Pro-Am format with a shotgun start and SCRAMBLE play. Each team consists of three amateurs and a pro.
